Mothers Plan is an information and organization tool. It turns your answers into a personalized, dated task timeline with reminders, explanations, worksheets, and links to official sources. It is not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice, and it does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, or provider-patient relationship. Laws, programs, dates, and forms change; official government and institutional sources are always the authority, and decisions about your situation belong with you and, where appropriate, a licensed professional.
One purchase covers one family's journey for one baby: the account owner, their partner, and invited helpers, from purchase through the plan's completion. Starting a plan for a new pregnancy is a new purchase (returning families receive our standing discount). Purchases are one-time; there is no subscription and nothing renews.
You're responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of what you enter. Invite only people you trust; helpers see your family's shared timeline.
14 days from purchase, no questions asked. Email us and we'll process it.
Reminder emails go to account holders. The arrival announcement sends by email to the family members and helpers your family added.
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempting to access others' data, no reselling or systematically copying the content, and no using the broadcast tools to message people who haven't agreed to hear from your family.
We work hard to keep content accurate and current, including scheduled accuracy reviews, but we can't guarantee completeness or fitness for your particular situation, and we aren't liable for missed filing windows, denied claims, or other outcomes. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. The service is provided "as is."
We may update these terms (material changes will be flagged in the product) and may suspend accounts that violate them. You can stop using the service anytime; your refund rights above are unaffected.
